Project Overview


This project involved the creation of a motion infographic video aimed at promoting Machu Picchu through the lens of a travel agency called Panorama Travels. The primary objective was to curate a compelling visual narrative that provided travelers with essential information and evoked a sense of wonder and excitement, inspiring them to travel to this destination.


I also created the distinctive airplane logo of Panorama Travels, which integrates into the company's wordmark, which served as both the visual anchor and the guiding inspiration for the video's overall design aesthetic.

Role Description


My task was to create an immersive infographic video showcasing Machu Picchu under the brand identity of Panorama Travels. I storyboarded the narrative arc, designed graphics, illustrations, and animations, and integrated text to guide viewers. As the motion graphic designer, my responsibilities included:


●   Conceptualizing the video's narrative and storyboard
●   Designing graphics, drawings, and animations
●   Developing animated graphs and visual representations
●   Ensuring consistency with Panorama Travels' brand identity

The design process started with researching Machu Picchu's attractions and travel details. Then, I drew a storyboard to plan out the video's scenes. After that, I made colorful pictures and animations to show Machu Picchu's beauty. At the same time, I wrote short messages to go with the pictures, giving important info and tips.


I used animations and graphs to make the video more interesting, and I also added real footage of Machu Picchu. This made the video feel real and exciting for viewers. In the end, I made sure the design matched Panorama Travels' brand style, creating a video that not only showed off Machu Picchu but also reflected the quality of Panorama Travels' services.

User Experience Vision


My vision for the user experience of the Machu Picchu infographic video was to transport viewers on a captivating journey, immersing them in the wonders of this iconic destination while seamlessly integrating the brand identity of Panorama Travels. Through engaging visuals, informative content, and a seamless viewing experience, I aimed to inspire viewers to explore Machu Picchu and consider Panorama Travels for their travel needs.


By aligning with Panorama Travels' values and ethos, my goal was to create a video that not only educated and entertained but also fostered a deep connection with the brand, leaving a lasting impression on viewers and igniting their desire for adventure.
